Smart Sonic Model 6000 Stencil Cleaner. Ultrasonic efficiency and ability to clean solder paste, adhesives and flux residue in one machine. The user maintains hands-free loading and unloading, valuable floor space is minimized and the need for expensive cabinet exhaust is eliminated. The Model 6000 uses a reliable motor-driven transfer system and touch pad control panel for multiple cycle programs and adjustable loading and unloading height. This model also uses less chemistry and generates less wastewater with its compact tank design that is capable of cleaning up to a 29” (750mm) stencil. It includes 360° user safety via the 2’ Plexiglas side panels and safety light curtains to protect the user from all moving components. Compatible with all ultrasonic cleaning chemistries.

The Model 6000 is recommended for applications requiring high quality, full automation, EPA compliance and cleaning more than 20 stencils per day.

Smart Sonic ErgoSonic Stencil Cleaner:

The ErgoSonic is the first ergonomically designed ultrasonic stencil cleaner that is front-loading at a comfortable height for all users. This model is fully automatic and allows for unattended operation. There is a sealed process chamber so there are no odors or contact with cleaning solutions. There are also no moving external parts. The stencil remains stationary while the wash and rinse solutions move in and out of the process chamber. The SR (separate rinse) provides a separate water rinse for use with 440-R-SMT Detergent and other chemistries requiring a water rinse. The ErgoSonic is capable of cleaning stencils up to 29” (750 mm). The process chamber is large enough to clean heat exchangers and oven radiators.
